InterGen Breakfast Club presents the Zedi Story: from startup to scale-up to exit

Our Breakfast Club spring series will showcase three innovative Oil and Gas Tech companies that are enhancing the industry. We will cover IoT, Cloud SCADA, Methane Monitoring and AI for Asset Management.

From startup to exit. Zedi, a technology and services platform company, hosts 2.7M sensors across 24 countries. With a user base of over 6,500 individuals accessing their data daily, they operate 23 centers in North America and has over 450 employees. We are excited to chat with Larry Spagnolo, former President of Zedi, and now Emerson Industrial Software's VP and GM of the SaaS Scada business unit, about the company's remarkable journey that led to a very successful exit strategy.

The business was acquired by Emerson in 2019. Through Zedi's cloud supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) platform, Emerson is able to help oil and gas producers increase production and lower operating costs through cloud-based monitoring, control and optimization. Emerson recognized Zedi's digital solution as a valuable asset in transforming operations and boosting team efficiency for their customers.

Together, both companies share a mission to revolutionize the production process through cloud analytics and machine learning. Their software and expertise will provide producers access to flexible, seamless end-to-end solutions that enhance efficiency and streamline operations management.

Don't miss this series showcasing groundbreaking technologies that are shaping the future of the oil and gas sector!
