What is the InterGen Peer Forum?

We convene cohorts of peers from approximately 10 scale-up companies for exclusive half-day sessions held every other month. These sessions offer a structured yet open environment where CXOs can exchange insights, collaborate on problem-solving, and gain fresh perspectives from a diverse group of industry peers. The core of these sessions hinge on processing an issue - where founders bring their challenges to the group, and as your peers, the group helps trouble shoot and share their experiences solving similar challenges. A professional group chair facilitates each session to ensure meaningful discussions and actionable takeaways.
