What is the InterGen Peer Forum?
We convene cohorts of peers from approximately 10 scale-up companies for exclusive half-day sessions held every other month. These sessions offer a structured yet open environment where CXOs can exchange insights, collaborate on problem-solving, and gain fresh perspectives from a diverse group of industry peers. The core of these sessions hinge on processing an issue - where founders bring their challenges to the group, and as your peers, the group helps trouble shoot and share their experiences solving similar challenges. A professional group chair, retained by InterGen, facilitates each session to ensure meaningful discussions and actionable takeaways.

In addition to the regular forums, all members are invited to an annual retreat designed to strengthen connections, enhance learning, and have some fun along the way. The retreat features expert speakers, engaging activities, and unique opportunities to build deeper peer relationships in a relaxed, enjoyable setting. InterGen covers all costs except hotel accommodations, making it an accessible and rewarding way for members to further engage with the Peer Forum community.
