InterGen is bringing back Trail to Scale, an exclusive pre-conference program for growth-stage technology companies, presented in partnership with TechExit.io.
This year’s Trail to Scale explores what it takes to move beyond growth for growth’s sake and build a company with lasting enterprise value. From go-to-market and pricing to operational efficiency and exit readiness, the program will examine the decisions that make a business stronger, more scalable and ultimately more valuable.
Rather than a traditional conference format, participants will spend the day working through real-world case studies built around challenges submitted by the companies in the room. In small groups, founders and executives will unpack each challenge, pressure-test potential approaches and then come together for facilitated discussions with experienced founders, operators and InterGen Advisors.
The result is a highly practical day shaped by the issues growth-stage leaders are navigating right now, with the opportunity to learn not only from experts, but from peers facing similar decisions.
Following Trail to Scale, participants will continue the conversation at TechExit.io Calgary, where founders, investors, advisors and M&A leaders come together to explore growth, strategic transactions and successful exits.
