Peer Group Forum with Mark Terrill

In line with our ongoing initiatives designed to support scale up entrepreneurs, we are excited to share that we are hosting a Peer Group Forum where founders and tech leaders are invited to come together with their peers who are experiencing the same challenges as they grow their teams, expand their geographies and enter their next stage of growth

Our first InterGen Peer Group Forum will be facilitated by Mark Terrill, a Master TEC Canada Chair and Certified Executive Coach.  Mark facilitates a successful executive peer group that meets frequently to process opportunities and issues that lead to improved business results. He believes that a robust corporate culture trumps strategy all day long and, as you get to know him, that will become evident. A great culture will lead to positive results even from a mediocre strategy, however a great strategy with a toxic culture will under perform every time.

This event is designed for leaders who are are lifelong learners and are constantly striving to be better. This forum will help attendees grow personally and professionally with the guidance and wisdom of their peers.

Note that this event is by invitation only. If you are interested in joining, please send your expression of interest to khalid@intergenconnect.com
