The Launch of InterGen's Peer Group Forum
At our first Peer Group Forum session earlier this month, select founders and tech leaders came together to engage with their peers, collaborating and delving into the shared challenges they face on the path to scaling their ventures. Guiding this session was the experienced facilitator, Mark Terrill, a Master TEC Canada Chair and Executive Coach.
If you're a leader who has a desire for continuous improvement, this forum is a safe space to connect with peers for knowledge sharing, collaborative problem-solving and the chance to gain an additional supportive network. These forums provide an invaluable space for leaders to engage with peers who understand the distinct challenges and opportunities inherent in technology-driven environments. By participating in these discussions, tech leaders can gain diverse perspectives and insights that might not be available within their own organizations, helping them to stay ahead of industry trends and innovations.
Special shoutout to Inovia Capital for hosting us at their spectacular Hangar! What a fun and cool space.
