We're excited to share that applications are now open for a cohort of up to 15 scaleup companies (2 founders or executive members per company) to participate in an immersive four-day experience in Silicon Valley on March 11-14, 2025.
This inaugural InterGen Bootcamp will provide an important first step in exposing high-potential Alberta startups to world-class growth experts and Silicon Valley best practices. This program will include interactive workshops covering proven strategies for scalable growth. Companies will receive personalized 1:1 advisory sessions on specific topics that participants need help with before and during the bootcamp.

This InterGen program will be led by Geoff Baum. Geoff Baum is a Silicon Valley-based founder, CMO, and international startup expert. He has advised and mentored over 500 startups from more than two dozen countries, including the United States, Canada, Chile, Mexico, Israel, Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Netherlands, Ukraine, Poland, Turkey, UK, Ireland, Korea, Japan, New Zealand, Australia, Argentina, and Brazil. He frequently leads workshops on sales, marketing, and go-to-market processes, including customer discovery and development, Silicon Valley best practices, positioning and messaging, and core values.
