The legal space is one of those segments of the market. Goodlawyer is combining the transactional managed marketplace business model, with subscriptions purpose built for business founders. This combined business model allows them to capture transactional marketplace and recurring subscription revenues, which is also a unique slant. It will be exciting to hear about their future plans to bring business legal services to underserved startups and SMBs.
